When calling our company you will ALWAYS speak to a real person during our normal business hours (8:00AM-9:00PM EST M-F and 10:00AM-2:00PM EST Saturday).  If you choose to leave a voice message or send us an e-mail after business hours, we will return your inquiry promptly the next business day.  We refuse to use a computerized automated telephone voicemail systems during normal business hours like those used by many organizations.   Instead, we pride ourselves on providing personal service and attention to each of our valued clients.  Answering the phone with a real person on the other end is just the first step to meeting that goal.
     
By E-Mail:   You may reach our company by sending a message to sales@REWonline.com which is our general company e-mail box.  Upon receipt of your message, it will be forwarded to the correct person within our organization, whether that be the sales department, accounting, or even the president of our organizationWe pride ourselves on responding to your messages in a very timely manner.  During normal office hours you can expect an e-mail reply sometime between a few minutes to a few hours from the time of receipt.  This delay depends on the backlog of messages being processed by our associates.  Messages received over the weekend are typically answered first thing Monday morning.  Orders are received and processed 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
