How
Does the Online Ordering System Work? |

Search either the new
or used equipment store, or browse any of our 120
product-specific web sites and find the equipment you are
looking for.

Click the "Buy
Me" button next to the product and you will be taken to
a screen where you can review your selection(s), update
quantities, select taxes, or remove items.

At this point you can
either click to continue shopping for more items or
check-out if your order is complete. If you choose to
continue shopping, your items will be saved in the shopping
cart and you can return to the check-out screen by clicking
the "Check-Out" button at the top of the
screen. If you are a first-time customer you will need
to enter your name, address, etc. in the blanks. If
you have purchased online before you can simply type in your
name and personal password and your information will be
stored for future purchases (Note: For security reasons and
to protect your privacy, your credit card information is not
stored on file and will need to be entered for each
purchase.)

Upon clicking to
process your order after entering all necessary information,
your order will be encrypted
using the Thawte
SSL Secure Server algorithms and sent directly to our
accounting department.

You will receive your
order in a timely manner via the most economical and
efficient shipping method available. Your salesperson
will be able to assist you in determining when you can
expect your purchase(s) to arrive.

are the Shipping Charges? |
| Including
shipping and handling charges, our high quality equipment STILL
COSTS LESS than ANY of our competitors! Standard
shipping charges are 10% of the cost of the item with a minimum
shipping / handling charge of $6.95 on each order.
We strive to get your order to you in the fastest, most
economical shipping method. Overseas orders, rush
shipment and unusually heavy or large sized items may be
slightly higher. We negotiate very good freight rates with
each of our carriers and pass those savings along to you.

is your Return Policy? |
| In
developing this policy, we carefully studied the return policies

consider to be a very fair policy both for our company and for

is your Minimum Order Amount? |
| We
currently have a $40.00 minimum order policy in effect
(excluding shipping and taxes). If you are a qualified
restaurant owner who is seeking samples of items such as a
flatware which would normally total less than our minimum,
please contact
us. In this situation, we are happy to waive the
minimum order amount in order to sell you product samples for
your restaurant. |

I Order Over the Phone? |

Course! While our online store provides a fast, efficient
means of placing orders, we understand that you might want to

What
are the Taxes Charged? |
| Sales tax
is charged to Florida Residents Only. If you are a Florida
Resident, please be sure to click on the option when placing
your order. All other states are exempt from tax. If
you are a tax-exempt organization residing in Florida, please contact
us so that we can take your information and ensure that
taxes won't be charged. |

How
Soon Will I Receive My Order? |
| All
orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt, excluding
weekends and holidays. Orders placed before 5PM each day
are processed that same day. Most items are in-stock at
our main warehouse or are available for immediate shipment
directly from the manufacturer. Occasionally however,
items may be backordered due to manufacturer's delays. We
ship your order the most economical method available and strive
to get the merchandise in your hands in a timely manner.
Rush orders (ie: Overnight) are available for a small additional
fee to cover the increased shipping costs. Upon placing
your order, a sales representative will contact you with
information regarding when will be receiving your shipment. |

Can
I Track My Order to Determine the Status? |

After you place your order, you will receive an order tracking
number. You can instantly check the status of your order

screen. All that is required is the order tracking
number and the e-mail address you used when placing your order. |
