Full floating hinge made of heavy-duty stainless steel rises evenly. Metal sheathed tubular elements in the top and bottom grids provide excellent performance. A preset bimetal fast acting thermostat installed in the bottom plate provides a perfect temperature control for cooking waffles. A digital electronic timer with precision settings cooks waffles properly. The Waffle Baker has a heavy-duty rocker switch with an indicator light and a drip tray is provided
