Temperature test strips for dishwashers. Strips can be secured to a dishwasher rack. Thermocromatic color-change band verifies that proper sanitizing temperature was reached during dish washing operation. Strip can then be signed, dated and saved in a dishwasher temperature log. Complies with the FDA minimum required temperatures for washed surfaces. Accurate to +/- 2°F. Item # 8766 = 140°F / 60°C test strips. 25 strips per pack. 12 packs per case.
