The RM-55 offers all the features of our economy model with improvements; it has NSF and ETL listing. The rice pot and base are easy to clean. The burner system construction has been upgraded. Pressure regulator is included. RM-55 is approved for cook and hold. It incorporates a stronger warming feature to maintain the temperature of the rice at the required temperatures. Years of experience and constant improvement are incorporated in our current designs. The bimetallic temperature sensor is superior to liquid, chemical or magnet systems used by others. The rice pot has comfortable, wide plated steel drop handles on the rice pot that remain cool enough to touch while the unit is in operation. These handles are able to withstand considerable abuse. Bakelite handle on the stainless steel cover is also durable. |
