Fast cooking kettles feature hemisphere design kettle bottom for superior heat transfer. Available in gas, electric and direct steam models. Faucet bracket 90 degrees left of draw-off valve. 2” compression draw-off valve with strainer. Hinged cover on 60 gallon and greater with spring assist. Gas models have electronic ignition and operate at 50 psi and available in 20, 40, and 60 gallons. Electric models operate at 50 psi and available in 20, 40, 60 and 80 gallons. Direct steam models come with steam control assembly and operate at 35 psi.
