Jerry Pierce, the President of Restaurant Equipment World™, served on the "DEALER PANEL" at the conference along with several other industry leaders.  They discussed issues such manufacturer / dealer relationships,  dealer / customer relationships and many other issues of concern.

Bradley Pierce, the Chief Information Officer (CIO) of Restaurant Equipment World™, served on the "TECHNOLOGY PANEL" at the conference along with several other industry leaders.  They discussed kitchen technology, internetworking of kitchen equipment, online auctions and e-commerce within the foodservice industry.
